By accessing or using IgniteShark's website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

IgniteShark provides web design, development, and related digital services. The Site may include informational pages, a portfolio, blog, contact and quote tools, testimonials, and authenticated account areas.

Project work (scoped design/development engagements) is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with Site availability, security, or performance (e.g. scraping abuse, malware, rate-limit evasion)
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content
• Harass others or post spam through forms or public features
• Reverse engineer or copy Site software except as allowed by law

If you submit content (e.g. testimonials, form messages, or profile details), you grant IgniteSharka non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content as needed to operate the Site and deliver services. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.

The Site and its original content, branding, design, and software are owned by IgniteShark or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site materials without prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution for non-commercial reference.

The Site may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (e.g. authentication providers, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Informational content on the Site is for general guidance and does not constitute professional advice unless stated in a signed engagement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGNITESHARK AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IgniteShark and its team from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
